I have requested many times to look at the apartment unit before the move in date, but they have always deny saying they that the unit needs to be cleaned. There was some dead bugs and active ones crawling around.

There are so many complaints i have to speak about and at this point it's unacceptable.
As a paying resident why are we being treated like this and this is only our 3rd month living here. We were shown a wonderful apartment before moving in which was a show room apartment. But the apartment we moved in looked nothing like this. There is a big stain in our bedroom ceiling where we were told by the previous resident that the roof caved in and all they did was patch it and paint over it. I feel there is mold in this unit.we incountered big riches coming into the apartment. When I submitted a work order they stated that it was completed when it wasn't no maintenance never came.
Outdoor Features
Someone was supposed to delete another resident out of the system but they accidentally deleted me. Thankfully the did get in contact with the towing company so I didn’t have to pay to get it out but they offered no other compensation beyond that for their mistake. Sorry but my time is valuable and they could’ve done more for the inconvenience, after all it was their mistake. I've lived here for 2 years now and have had problems since! First the gate has been broken since after a month of me moving here. It has never been fixed or even attempted to be fixed.

This is the second year in a row the AC in the unit above #3015 has leaked into my apartment. Each time I must dry out the HVAC area for several days to attempt to avoid mold. There are plenty of amenities for everyone. The layout of the apartment complex is really nice and somewhat private. They work good as a team and was able to get me into an apartment gracefully in a short period of time. Firstly, the Verandahs is a great place to live from the amenities to the view, but the 5 stars is because of the leasing agents.
They have a great staff and the apartments in general r great, with a family friendly environment. North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities. We are a pet-friendly community with no pet weight restrictions. We welcome up to 2 pets per household including cats, dogs, of any size, and any pet with fins or feathers.
There was a pipe from the ceiling in the bathtub that was leaking as well under the sink that has down some damage to the wooded cabinet. They don't even all in advance when they would be coming to the apartment. I have asked the ladies in the office if they have another apartment unit that they have vacant so I can used since my apartment has no working AC.

The application experience was quick and a breath of fresh air compared to the experience I had with another nearby complex. Keshia and Raven were very nice and made me feel like my daughter and I would be welcome living here. The community is super dog friendly and clean. But luckily my car wasn't ticketed or towed and I was able to get my car registered once the leasing office opened.
